Veteran Actor Ashish Vidyarthi Gets Married to Rupali Barua
National Award winning veteran actor, Ashish Vidyarthi, has got married to fashion entrepreneur, Rupali Barua, at a very private ceremony in Kolkata on Thursday, May 25th.

The 60-year-old actor who starred in numerous movies including mainstream Bollywood and various prominent regional languages like Telegu, Tamil, Malayalam and Odhiya, looked very happy in the post-marriage pics that went viral all across the social media.
The wedding was an intimate ceremony starting with a court marriage in the morning followed by a private function and reception at a Kolkata Club in the evening.
The marriage was a mix of culture of sorts with the Drohkaal actor wearing a Kerala Mundu and tasar silk kurta for the occasion, while his bride, Rupali, who is a native of Assam, looked graceful in a traditional white Mekhela chador and South Indian temple jewellery.
For the actor, who has also earned a lot of fame in recent times as an avid travel blogger, it’s his second marriage. He divorced from his first wife, Rajoshi Barua, who is also an actress, singer and artist, long years back. They both have a son named Arth who is 23 years old.
While the Mrityudata actor preferred to keep his love story with Rupali a secret at least for now, Rupali on the other hand dropped a few hints about it in front of the media saying that they had met some time ago and decided to take it forward.
When asked by the media what she felt about the charismatic character artist, Rupali said, “he is a beautiful human being and a great soul to be with.”
As soon as reports about the marriage spread across the media, the actor’s first wife Rajoshi took to her Instagram profile to post some cryptic comments about the marriage, while wishing his ex-husband good luck on his new life event.
