The house has full privacy. Once you get in, you are totally on your own and there is no one to disturb you. Go take a shower, listen to music, chill on the lavish sofa sets or simply watch TV; do whatever. This place is amazing. You can carry alcohol from outside. Food delivery from outside is allowed. Bedrooms are really spacious and homely. They have everything you need from gazettes to accessories. Extra mattresses are also available on request.

The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood in the poshest area of Delhi. It has all the arrangements for a rocking party with friends. The caretaker of the house is an amazing guy. Ask anything from him and he will arrange it for you. The lobby is in the middle of the house and has glass doors. So, no problem if you party all night with loud music and chaos. Highly recommended place for small private parties.

A beautiful house with bright painted walls and lavish furniture. Located in Vikram Nagar Near ITO Metro Station, this house is a perfect place for intimate parties of all kinds. It has a miniature bar with a decent collection of wines. The kitchen has a microwave, tea-maker and a refrigerator for convenience. There is no one to cook food here. So, you have to order your food from outside.

Food served here is delicious and taste like home. Outside food is allowed. There is no restriction to partying inside the house.

We had a weekend get-together here. We were 11 people in total and nobody was in a mood to party in-house after seeing the wide rooftop. We took mattresses and chairs to the roof. The caretaker of the property helped us too. And the best part was that we cooked the meal ourselves with help from the caretaker. It was an immensely fulfilling experience. There were lots of trees around the house and we enjoyed a lot. Thanks to the house owner and staffs for offering us this place to party.

It was a fantastic house with all arrangements for a great party time. The staffs were also friendly. We enjoyed a lot. Would definitely come back.
