The biggest advantage this house has is its location. We had five colleagues from the same office including me and two mutual friends joining us for the party. And we had no problem finding and reaching the house. Both check-in and check-out were smooth with no hassle whatsoever. The caretaker of the house was very cooperative and attentive and took care of everything we needed. We had a very good experience staying and partying at this house.

The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood in the poshest area of Delhi. It has all the arrangements for a rocking party with friends. The caretaker of the house is an amazing guy. Ask anything from him and he will arrange it for you. The lobby is in the middle of the house and has glass doors. So, no problem if you party all night with loud music and chaos. Highly recommended place for small private parties.

Location wise this house is the best. It is easily traceable through Google Maps and accessible from all sides. Metro and bus stop are within two minutes of walking distance. One of my friends threw a get-together party here after his promotion and I had no problem finding this house on my way back from office. The house provides all modern amenities like TV, fridge, microwave and free wi-fi. Overall, a very good place for indoor house party.

You'd forget about partying anywhere else once you take a look at the huge terrace or the spacious balcony here. The caretaker of the house is really helpful. He'd arrange for mattresses and pillows on the terrace. We had a school friends' reunion here and the rooftop terrace served as the perfect place for that. We chatted for hours, danced to loud music and fell asleep there as well. Lovely house for party. Would definitely come back.

The entire house has a white and brown colour tone that makes it look very elegant. The wooden furniture and the curtains are of premium quality. All the bedrooms are fitted with flat-screen televisions. And the home-theatre system in the lobby is just too good for an in-house party. Great place to enjoy with friends.

We had a kitty party here last Sunday and it was a very good experience. The husband of one of my friends booked this place for us. The staffs were really polite and helpful. Food was good. The bathrooms were clean. We didn't have to worry a bit. Everything was well taken care of. I would rate this house five out of five.
