The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood in the poshest area of Delhi. It has all the arrangements for a rocking party with friends. The caretaker of the house is an amazing guy. Ask anything from him and he will arrange it for you. The lobby is in the middle of the house and has glass doors. So, no problem if you party all night with loud music and chaos. Highly recommended place for small private parties.

It's a luxurious house ideal for birthday, bachelorette or Christmas party or celebration of any other private occasion or get-together. It has fancy interior with white marble floor and premium furniture. Bedrooms are spacious and attached toilets are clean and hygienic. Food is served on request and subject to prior information. Outside food deliveries are allowed. Overall, it's a fabulous place for private party of any kind.

Location-wise this is the best house you can find in location. It is accessible from all directions. And the fabulous house provides the perfect ambience for a wild party with friends. There is no outside disturbance. Privacy and safety of guests is 100% assured. Had a fantastic pre-Diwali party here with friends. And everything went as per plans. I would recommend this place to everyone who loves to party.

The bathrooms were clean. We didn't have to worry a bit. Everything was well taken care of. I would rate this house five out of five.

This house is a superb place to relax and enjoy with friends, colleagues or associates. There are plenty of big trees surrounding the house. There is a little patio in the backyard with cane chairs and centre tables where you can chill with friends. In-house food is optional here. You can order your food from outside as well. A must visit place.

We booked this house on a friend's recommendation. Although we were sceptical initially even after paying the booking advance online, our doubts were put to rest once we stepped in. It was a fantastic house with all arrangements for a great party time. The staffs were also friendly. We enjoyed a lot. Would definitely come back.
