Ask anything from him and he will arrange it for you. The lobby is in the middle of the house and has glass doors. So, no problem if you party all night with loud music and chaos. Highly recommended place for small private parties.

It has a miniature bar with a decent collection of wines. The kitchen has a microwave, tea-maker and a refrigerator for convenience. There is no one to cook food here. So, you have to order your food from outside.

It's an outstanding place to celebrate a bachelor party. Fully private and secure and no external disturbances. We had a wild no-holds-barred celebration here last July. It felt like we were back to our college days. Best place for intimate fun-filled celebrations.

The kitchen has all the latest electronic appliances including a microwave, an induction oven and a tea maker for a late night self-service. Good place for private parties. Would definitely recommend.
