The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood in the poshest area of Delhi. It has all the arrangements for a rocking party with friends. The caretaker of the house is an amazing guy. Ask anything from him and he will arrange it for you. The lobby is in the middle of the house and has glass doors. So, no problem if you party all night with loud music and chaos. Highly recommended place for small private parties.

The luxurious house looks stunning inside. The bedrooms are spacious with large windows and the beds are super comfortable. There is a spacious veranda and a small garden in the backyard. Very Appropriate for parties.

One of my friends threw his marriage after party here specially for few close office colleagues. And it was a good choice indeed. The house was lavish to say the least with spacious bedrooms, a large lobby and neat and clean bathrooms. The property is well-maintained. Really good place to party.

Facility wise this house is at par with all other party houses. But what stands out is the behaviour of staffs and their helpfulness. They will arrange everything you need. The house is also safe and secure which make it a perfect place for couples to stay.

We booked this house over phone after looking at the attractive photos online. And it turned out to be as good in reality as in those photos. No surprises. No hidden charges. Very impressive.

If you are booking this house, don't forget to chill out on the huge rooftop terrace. Partying under the open sky, sitting on mattresses spread on the shiny marble floor of the terrace would give you a different kind of experience. Lots of fresh air and panoramic view of the surrounding area would set the mood for party. A must visit house for party.
