Location wise this house is the best. It is easily traceable through Google Maps and accessible from all sides. Metro and bus stop are within two minutes of walking distance. One of my friends threw a get-together party here after his promotion and I had no problem finding this house on my way back from office. The house provides all modern amenities like TV, fridge, microwave and free wi-fi. Overall, a very good place for indoor house party.

The house has a huge balcony on the first floor which overlooks the busy road and a lot of roadside trees. We had a good time at this house last month. We pulled out a sofa and some chairs to the balcony, and spent hours talking to each other over drinks. Delicious finger foods served on regular intervals added spice to the party. It was a fantastic experience.

Elegantly decorated with polished wooden furniture and creative installations, this house would surely attract people with refined taste. A renowned client of mine had invited me for a very private party here with a group of few selected people. And what an elegant experience it was. Drinks were selected by my client and the food served was too delicious for a party house. Highly recommended for middle-aged people.

No restriction of any kind on partying at this house. We had a full blast on Diwali eve with colleagues till around 3 am. And we woke up pretty late next morning beyond the checkout time. But no one disturbed us. The manager didn't charge us anything extra for the extra time. Great gesture. We would definitely come back.

We booked this house for a weekend get-together and we were simply bowled over by its interior. The creative décor and furnishing inside the house and the gorgeous sofa sets created a stunning combination. Though the house did not provide any food or drink in-house, we had no issue in regards to food, as there were microwave, gas oven, toaster, refrigerator and lots of crockeries and cutleries in the kitchen. All in all, it was an amazing experience staying at this house.

It's an outstanding place to celebrate a bachelor party. Fully private and secure and no external disturbances. We had a wild no-holds-barred celebration here last July. It felt like we were back to our college days. Best place for intimate fun-filled celebrations.
